When is the first payout?

Is this legal?

Do I need to pay for training?

Can I work from any country?
In most cases yes — the format is fully remote. We have team members in 40+ countries. Main requirement is stable internet (100+ Mbps) and equipment that meets specifications. Specific restrictions are discussed during interview.
What's the schedule?
Shift-based, 6+ hours per shift. You choose how many shifts per week (3-7) and shift duration (6-12 hours). Schedule is agreed individually considering your timezone and preferences. Full flexibility.
What exactly does an operator do?
You launch and monitor live broadcasts, ensure stream quality, fix technical issues in real-time, and support the model during the broadcast. It's a technical role - you work with streaming software, not with viewers.
Why MacBook is not supported?
Our streaming software is optimized for Windows and requires specific NVIDIA/AMD graphics cards for hardware encoding. MacBooks don't meet these technical requirements. A Windows PC with dedicated GPU is mandatory.
How much can I really earn?
It depends on your schedule and performance level. Part-time (3-4 shifts/week): $720-$1,536/month. Full-time (5-6 shifts/week): $1,200-$3,072/month. Intensive (6-7 shifts/week, long shifts): $2,400-$5,376/month. These are real numbers from our operators.

Do I need to be on camera?
No. You work behind the scenes as a technical specialist. You never appear on camera. Your job is to ensure the broadcast runs smoothly from the technical side.

24/7 technical support is always available. Any issue is resolved quickly via chat or call. You're never left alone with a problem. Support team responds within minutes.
Can I combine this with another job?
Yes. Many operators work part-time (3-4 shifts/week) while having another job or studying. Flexible schedule allows you to choose shifts that don't conflict with your main activities.
How long is the training?
4-6 days total: 2-3 days theory + 2-3 days practice with personal mentor. Training is paid. After training, you start working independently with full support available 24/7.

Can I grow in this position?
